Service delivery policy

Maintora is an online software service. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

1. How the service is delivered

• Online purchase: when a payment is confirmed, the plan is active on your workspace immediately, and a confirmation appears on screen.
• New customers: your workspace and administrator login are set up within 2 working days of the order, and the login details are emailed to your administrator.
• Included services such as data setup, checklist configuration and training are delivered online, on dates agreed with you, usually within 4 weeks of the order.
• The app is used in a web browser at maintora.net/app, on phones and computers. There is no app to install.

2. QR labels

QR labels are delivered as printable files from the app. Maintora does not print or post labels; printing is done by the customer.

3. If something has not arrived
