Data processing terms

Effective 28 September 2026

These terms form part of the terms of service. They apply to personal data in a customer's workspace, which Maintora processes on the customer's behalf. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the customer is the Data Fiduciary and Maintora is the Data Processor.

1. What Maintora does with the data

3. Sub-processors

Maintora uses the providers listed in the privacy policy. We give customers 30 days' notice before adding a sub-processor that handles workspace data, and a customer may object.

5. At the end of the service

The customer can export all data to CSV. We delete the workspace within 90 days after the subscription ends, or sooner on request, except records the law requires us to keep.

On reasonable written request, and no more than once a year, we answer a customer's questions about how their data is protected.
